Site Update

I made some infrastructure changes to the website. Please let me know if you notice any problems with the site. These changes will allow me to make enhancements more easily in the future. Also, I have made some minor changes and am working on others.
- Change color scheme and some graphics
- Upload "archives" - 96 Yearbook
- Widen left menu bar, make fonts bigger, minor alignment fixes.
- Add "New" icon to identify news in the last month
- Only post one update per member per day
